What is a License Agreement?
  • A license agreement is a contract to utilize; in this case, the Atomic Art process for any business purpose the buyer/licensee deems appropriate. Until the patent is issued it is essentially a Trade Secret purchased with the understanding that the Licensee is responsible for security of the knowledge imparted.
  • At the time of the patents issue, the agreement is usually modified since the process is now legally protected.
